Pretty simple to use

Pros

It is fairly easy to use and tech support jumps in fast whenever I need help. And I have already told a bunch of people to give it a try.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of any real downsides right now. If I had to mention something I would say maybe the pricing could be a bit more competitive.

Trusted EDI solution

Pros

TrueCommerce works pretty much all the time like 99.9999% uptime. Overall it is reliable and I have no complaints.

Cons

The rollout back in 2020 was not the smoothest as I feel like project management from TrueCommerce could have been a lot better during that phase.

Reasonable for small businesses

Pros

The interface is mostly user-friendly. Though we don't use every single feature but the integration with QuickBooks Enterprise works really well for us.

Cons

One issue is that we can't transfer an inactive Trading Partner connection over to a new one which if possible would have been helpful.

Customer support is simply superb

Pros

They are really quick to respond and the software itself is simple to work with.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind as I like using the program and it always gets the job done for me.

A loyal and happy user for years

Pros

TrueCommerce layout is really clean and easy to use. It feels almost like checking our email.

Cons

If someone outside the company like a broker or third party needs to get PDF copies of POs or invoices via email, you have to pay extra. That feels like a basic feature so it is surprising there is a charge for it.

Amazing product and even better support

Pros

It is very simple to use and I have gotta say, their support team is amazing too.

Cons

Part of their support team is based overseas so if you don't mark something as urgent, you might be waiting until someone in the US picks it up. We also had a mapping issue that was trimming decimals off invoices as it went unnoticed for two years. Once we caught it they fixed it in a couple of days but yeah I would say definitely double-check your mapping before going live.

Awesome tool

Pros

Their customer support is simply the best. As every time I have had an issue, it's been fixed fast.

Cons

One thing I have noticed is that the system tends to run slower during peak hours which can get frustrating when things are busy.

Fairly easy to use

Pros

Overall it is pretty easy to handle. I don't even have to type my invoice twice as TrueCommerce pushes it right into QuickBooks for me.

Cons

Every tech I have worked with has been awesome so honestly, I don't have any real complaints.

Support is good but not beginner-friendly

Pros

There is definitely a learning curve but the customer support team was great at walking us through everything. They made sure we understood the software and even explained their side of the setup which really helped.

Cons

It can be a bit difficult to navigate at first but the tutorials really help. Still I think the complete A to Z guide would be great or maybe one exists and I just have not seen it yet.

Finds a solution to any issue we are facing

Pros

Whatever issue I call about they always come through with a solution. In other words their support service is the best I have experienced so far.

Support is the best I have ever experience

Pros

Their support team is awesome as every issue has been handled quickly by them. Also the month to month cost is one of the best deals for the volume we process. Setup and migration were smooth too thanks to their help.

Cons

Hard to say what we don't like since we have not run into any problems so far.

Pretty easy to work with

Pros

I simply love how easily it connects with so many different EDI providers and the whole system is really easy to work with.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a little while to get someone from support on the line when we need help with an issue which is annoying.

Price is pretty reasonable

Pros

What stands out to me is how well it runs, plus the fair pricing and how quick their team is to respond.

Cons

Setting up new customers could be a bit little simple. Plus I feel like communication during that part of the process needs some work.

Quite a budget-friendly solution

Pros

One of the best parts of using TrueCommerce is that the support is included and we don't get charged extra for it. Plus the web client is pretty easy to use, submitting tickets is not a problem and their response time is always excellent.

Cons

Integrating it with our ERP system was definitely a technical challenge as it took time and a lot of testing to make sure everything worked right. But with the ongoing support we received it all came together and now things are running smoothly with hardly any issues.
