Our new inventory expert

Pros

After setup, tracking inventory between Faire and Etsy has been smooth. Also I find the low stock notifications extremely helpful.

Cons

I wish there were better options to filter my inventory such as alphabetically instead of just by SKU.

You won't regret it as this app is awesome

Pros

Trunk has removed so much stress. I cannot believe I didn't find this app a couple of years ago when I was starting my business. I sell across multiple platforms such as Square for direct sales, Squarespace for my website and Faire for wholesale. Trunk has seamlessly integrated my inventory across all platforms saving me time and giving me peace of mind. Plus the bundle feature allows me to sell product groups while keeping individual SKUs updated. The documentation is clear and easy to follow making setup quick and the support team is quite responsive too. So don't hesitate as this app is amazing.

Cons

Everything has been great. Honestly I cannot think of a single negative thing to mention.

Product management has never been easier

Pros

Setting up and using Trunk is really simple. Also I can adjust inventory numbers easily and it alerts me for duplicate SKUs and low inventory.

Cons

The only issue I have had is due to a duplicate SKU that merged two different items under the same title while keeping their inventories separate and I was not able to fix it on my own. But overall I really love it.

I absolutely love it

Pros

It is great for linking everything together across multiple sales channels.

Cons

Well it is a bit on the expensive side for a small business but so far, it's been worth it.

Packed with the best features

Pros

The bundling feature is very useful for organizing products that appear in more than one listing and the double SKU syncing is a lifesaver for me when targeting different markets with the same listings.

Cons

Scrolling through inventory can take a while mainly if we have a large number of items.

Quite simple to use

Pros

The best among the rest

Pros

For 8 years I searched for an app to synchronize my inventory and orders between my website and Etsy. I used WooCommerce initially and now Shopify and Trunk works perfectly with both. I have tried cheaper apps but was disappointed when stock levels changed unexpectedly. Now I am back to Trunk and it's been great.

Cons

Trunk price is fine but I'd love to add the French language option.

Great and simple

Pros

We have been using Trunk for a few months and we are very happy with it. Also it is simple, sleek and forward-thinking. So if you need an inventory management tool across multiple sales channels I highly recommend it. From a quick easy setup to a clean design and real human customer support, it's a great choice.

Cons

It is a small team so you need to manage your expectations accordingly. I would not call this a major con but some might see it as one.

makes inventory syncing feel effortless

Pros

Not only Trunk is easy to use but is highly affordable and I find it very reliable too.

Cons

The color scheme feels a bit dull. But I cannot find any other issues though.

Works wonders for stationery businesses

Pros

Trunk has been a game changer for my inventory management. I used to manually update stock levels on a spreadsheet which is nothing less than a nightmare. But now with Trunk everything syncs automatically so I no longer have to worry about inventory errors.

user-friendly tool

Pros

It is easy to use and does exactly what I need. Also it has saved me so much time managing stock levels across multiple platforms and pack sizes. Overall I love it.

Cons

I think it needs better search and sorting options, low-stock reports and the ability to edit hierarchies and groupings without using a CSV. More levels of hierarchy would also be useful.

A must-have for jewelry businesses

Pros

Finding Trunk has been a huge help in managing my inventory across different platforms. As a small business owner, it was overwhelming to handle the inventory for several shops. Plus having Trunk sync everything automatically without any effort on my part has been one of the best investments I made when launching my business.

I love how simple this works. I'd been searching for software to sync my inventory between platforms for a while before I found Trunk. I highly recommend it.

Cons

One thing I wish for is that it were a bit more like Craftybase but it's still great for what it does.
