“Great value for the price

Pros

It was really easy to implement. I don't have technical skills but creating the website was simple as I just need to drag and drop. Also I want to mention that their support team is very helpful. Whenever I had any trouble they were there to guide me through the entire process.

Cons

I cannot think of many issues. I did run the website through some SEO audit tools and it looks like some parts of the code could be improved. But since I don't know all the technical details I assume these might be necessary for website builders.

“Exactly what I need

Pros

Honestly I enjoy using it because it is so simple. Overall I am really happy with it and it is also very user-friendly.

Cons

It is tough but not as difficult as you might expect. Also it is a bit challenging but still the best I've used so far. Either way the difficulty does not really matter.

“Communication could be much better

Pros

Creating a page is so simple and the WYSIWYG editor works fine though there are some small issues but they are easy to fix. And one thing I really like is that setting up the tool was really easy.

Cons

They do upgrades and maintenance without notifying users. You only realize there is downtime when you visit your website or when users complain. I have asked several times for notifications beforehand but nothing has changed.

“Decent but it's a bit glitchy

Pros

It creates a beautiful website. Also the help desk team is friendly and most of them know the software well. Plus I also find it affordable.

Cons

Well it can be a bit glitchy. Also the undo function does not work and sometimes things just vanish. I reported these issues and the help desk tried something on their end but it worked for them and still not for me. Also sometimes things don't save. If you are in a service-based business like I am you cannot use their cart at least with PayPal as I have not checked other methods because they treat purchases as products not services. Also this causes a problem with PayPal which asks for an invoice showing purchased products which you cannot do if you are offering services. It turned into a real hassle and it does not look like Ucraft plans to fix it anytime soon. So if you are in the service industry, you might want to avoid using their cart. Lastly there are no training videos. The help documentation is decent but they really need training videos because the software is not that intuitive. Once you get the hang of it, it's fine but there are some learning hurdles that could be made easier with video tutorials.

“Customer service is outstanding

Pros

The customer support team members who helped me set up my website were simple amazing. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. As someone with little experience in web development I felt fully supported throughout the entire process. Overall excellent customer service and I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

I am using the free version so I guess I am missing out on some features that come with the paid version.

“The best customer service you will find

Pros

Website builders are usually quite dificult for beginners like me but Ucraft did an amazing job making the interface fairly simple to use especially with the drag and drop menus and easy to understand graphic icons.

Cons

Well I wish there was a way to place text or graphics exactly where I want on the screen instead of being limited to snap locations and top middle bottom alignment. Though it is a small issue but not a deal-breaker.

“Stay away from it

Honestly I have nothing good to say. I just did not like it at all.

Cons

Everything else about it is simply the worst especially the customer support service.

Pros

It is a great site builder with an easy editor and great images. The customer service is outstanding too even for free account users. I had several chats with different support reps over a tricky domain name transfer issue and they stuck with it until it was resolved even though many companies might have given up on someone with a free account and a complex issue. I give them the highest rating and would highly recommend them to my business contacts, family, friends and anyone else interested in building a site.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike. The customer service is simply excellent.

The staff responded as quickly as they could whenever I had an issue.

Well there were a few things that were a bit tricky to figure out. However everything else was fine.

It looks great and has AMAZING support. I was able to build my website in no time.

Cons

Some things are not very user friendly and take a bit of learning but with time and help from customer support, but no need to worry as you will eventually get the hang of everything.
