“one stop for all my ecommerce needs

Pros

Volo gives us a lot of flexibility whether we need something super advanced or just the basics, it can be tailored to fit how our business runs. Plus custom solutions are no problem and their support team stays actively in touch throughout.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because of how complex the system can be especially if you are diving into deep customizations. It is kind of like getting into a new car as you are not sure what all the buttons do at first but let me tell you that after using it for a bit it starts to feel natural.

It is easy to control and adjust features both in-house and with help from the Volo team which makes adapting to our new needs pretty simple.

Cons

The warehouse system and PDA run pretty slowly and there are some basic things you cannot even view on the PDA which frustrates me.

We have set up several layers of customization in Volo and it has been working really well for us.

Cons

Honestly I have no real complaints as I am just happy to be using Volo.

“Meets all the requirements

Pros

Being able to list inventory across different marketplaces is key for us and Volo handles that seamlessly. It updates stock quickly when something sells out so we avoid overselling. Plus having everything stored in one system is a huge plus and the import/export tools make it simple to work with bulk data. Once you get the hang of it the platform is pretty user friendly. Even training new team members is fast, thanks to the helpful guides. Order processing is especially smooth and the courier integration is great as tracking info gets sent back to marketplaces automatically and we can even print labels directly from the sales screen which really boosts efficiency.

Cons

There have been a few times when a marketplace rolled out a new update and I noticed that Volo was a bit slow to implement the matching changes on their end.
