Pros

We recently integrated VoucherCart with our PMS, Mews at Open Sky Resort and it has significantly enhanced the flexibility of our guest journey. The VoucherCart team has been great to work with too ensuring a smooth implementation and setting us up for success with their easy to use and intuitive platform. Even in the early stages we are already seeing the benefits, improving both guest experiences and operational efficiency. As we explore its full potential we are excited to find even more ways to maximize its capabilities. Overall I highly recommend VoucherCart to any hospitality business looking for a streamlined, guest friendly voucher solution.

Cons

The backend integration with Mews works well most of the time. However one improvement I love to see is a confirmation feature for profile selection when sending a voucher. This would eliminate any uncertainty and ensure it's always applied to the right guest.

“Simply amazing

Pros

Customer support is simply amazing and the features are very user-friendly. Also it was easy to quickly set up our first voucher.

Cons

Only thing I did not like was the lack of integration with Mews, our PMS for booking directly through VoucherCart. However they have just introduced a new feature to fix this.

Pros

I like how easily a voucher can be created and the ability to issue private links which makes unique vouchers available only to specific consumers.

Cons

For discount codes we can currently only share the code itself. So I feel like it would be great to also share a URL that automatically applies the code when clicked. As this would streamline the user experience by making it a one step process. Also the sales page and the backend seem to load a bit slowly especially on the sales page. This can impact conversion rates and the overall user experience.

Pros

The personal help I received to set up my account made it easy for me as a new business owner.

Cons

Not being able to post campaigns directly to Instagram is the one and only downside I noticed.

It is a very powerful and robust platform which I find easy to use and is excellent for boosting sales.

Cons

It does not sync two way with Mews PMS which I feel like if possible would improve efficiency.

Pros

VoucherCart software is user friendly and pretty easy for both sellers and customers to use. With plenty of features we can easily organize our campaigns.

Cons

We cannot track records when running our own ads since it's a third-party site. Also because it is not integrated into our main system so our customers cannot redeem vouchers during checkout. They have to give the code to our staff for redemption.

“Quite beginner friendly tool

Pros

It is a very easy to use software even if you have never used it before. Also I like the fact that the site is regularly updated with new improvements.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful to have an option to blacklist customers who have purchased vouchers in the past for fraudulent purposes.

“A perfect upgrade for our business

Pros

The software integrates with EposNow pretty easily. They even uploaded all my previous vouchers onto the system at no extra cost. Plus it was up and running within minutes of downloading. And I even loved that they designed some of the vouchers using our design style.

Cons

The in-store selling process could be improved. When we sell vouchers in store, we have to fill out the form as if we are the customer. I think it would be much easier if there were a selling screen that eliminated the need to input customer details manually.

Pros

We find VoucherCart highly user friendly both for customers and the back end team. Plus it works perfectly with our online presence and has become a vital channel for our marketing.

Nothing really comes to mind as it works very well for us overall.

Not only is it simple to use but it is also quite quick to set up and very user-friendly. The customer service is also excellent. Overall I highly recommend it.

It is so easy to use and manage vouchers. Plus the ability to partially use voucher values is a great and my favorite feature.

This software met all of our needs and offers even more features that we have not explored yet.

It is not very easy to add a new voucher as we usually need help from someone else. Plus it would be great if we could upload our own images.
