The support team is highly knowledgeable and always ensures a solution when we encounter an issue. So full marks to them.

Cons

Well the configuration process is very confusing. The options do not make sense and what we expect a setting to do often does not align with its actual function leaving us to contact support for assistance.

We were looking for an automated invoicing system to handle hundreds or thousands of invoices each month and this system does just that.

Cons

We ran into a few minor issues with the setup like errors but they were very few. When we did encounter them, we set up a meeting and they resolved everything immediately.

It is overall very helpful as it connects our store to QuickBooks and I can easily find someone to assist me.

To be honest I did not like anything because it did not work at all.

The customer service representative was rude and did not assist me with a refund. A QuickBooks salesperson sold me the product but they would not stand behind it or refund me.
