“Switching from Linnworks Was the Right Call
Pros
After two years with Linnworks, we were frustrated with constant API disconnections and their support taking days to respond. This platform connected our Walmart, eBay, and Etsy stores in literally 20 minutes. The onboarding team actually walked us through everything via video call. We sell pet supplies across six channels now, and the order consolidation view is so much cleaner. My only gripe is that some advanced filtering options take a few clicks to access, but it's a small trade-off for reliability.
Cons
It takes a little longer time while implemting the setup, but later it just keeps getting better.

“Awesome tool and excellent service
Pros
The solutions are really easy to use and the interface is simple for everyone involved. It's a powerful, automated tool for managing inventory and orders. The integration with our existing systems works great. The team we worked with during onboarding stayed with us the whole way through and was always there to answer any questions. They did an amazing job getting everything up and running.
Cons
It took some time to implement but it was definitely worth it to get everything right. The GB Commerce team was super responsive to all our requests and made sure to keep us updated on their progress every step of the way.

“Exceptional customer service
Pros
I'm so glad I get to work with Amar and his team! They're super dedicated and always ready to help out and fix any issues. They've been customizing the UI to fit our company's needs and month after month, I see it getting better and adding more tools and services. It's really helping our company run more smoothly.
Cons
At first, the software was only working with SKUs but then they added ASIN, FNSKU and a bunch of other useful functions just for us.

“A real lifesaver for our company
Pros
Thanks to Global Business Commerce's inventory tracking tools, Teas Etc. has been able to stop running into stockouts by setting up automatic reorder points. Now, we're no longer overwhelmed with orders, inventory or customer load. We can easily keep track of everything and make sure we have the right amount of products even with all the regulatory requirements.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is that I didn't find out about GB Commerce sooner!

“Big win for my operations
Pros
Everything's getting streamlined from purchasing to payroll. We now have one system that handles almost everything for the business.
Cons
It does take time to set up but once it's up and running, it just keeps getting better. I just wish it had its own merchant processing so it could plug directly into our websites without needing a third party.
