“It has everything you could ask for
Pros
WizCommerce has really streamlined our order taking process. We can now book orders, generate custom quotes and tear sheets, track special product requests and create trade show labels that too all within one platform. Also the interface is user friendly and the reporting gives us great visibility across the organization.
Cons
Nothing major to report. As we are pushing it to its limits, we have come across a few edge cases but the team is quick to respond and eager to improve the product based on our feedback. Sunny from customer support in particular has been outstanding. Overall the responsiveness from the Wiz team makes all issues feel manageable.

“Perfect wholesale ecosystem for reps and buyers
Pros
It offers a connected, all in one experience for both our sales reps and customers. On the rep side, features like quoting, order writing, tear sheet generation and trade show label scanning have been a major improvement. Our reps quickly adapted to the new platform and are enjoying the enhanced features and faster load times. Customers now have a much smoother shopping experience with better product discovery and fewer obstacles. Plus the integration with Great Plains ensures that orders, invoices and customer updates sync automatically, so everyone stays on the same page without the need for duplicate data entry.
Cons
No major issues so far but there is naturally a learning curve when switching platforms. Editing product info and uploading images takes more time than we'd like but they are working on a solution to streamline that process. Thankfully WizCommerce's support team has been pretty responsive usually within 24 hours which makes the transition a lot easier.

“Quite an affordable tool
Pros
Overall it is the most affordable trade show order writing software I have found. Since I only do two trade shows a year this is the only solution thats cost-effective for that volume. Plus I love that we can use scanners to easily write orders right at our booth.
Cons
It costs $20 a month to have emails sent from your own email address which was an unexpected cost. I cannot imagine any business being okay with tradeshow orders coming from a WizCommerce email address so I feel like this feature should be included.

“Strong sales platform
Pros
Empowering our sales reps with real time access to inventory, customer data and order status has been a game changer. Features like advanced filtering, smart product recommendations and seamless integrations with Epicor, DCKAP and WorldPay have helped streamline our operations and improve sales effectiveness. Additionally AI-powered tools like View Similar and Frequently Bought Together allow our reps to make intelligent product suggestions even with a large and constantly evolving catalog.
Cons
There is not much to dislike. The only challenge is that it is now outperforming our own B2B website in terms of speed, filtering and user experience, so we are now playing catch up in those areas. Also I wish all new functions and updates were part of the baseline features.
