It is pretty simple to use and a very user friendly product. Plus I like the integrations as they are really easy to use and secure.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that while using the app and the phone has very large font sizes, the result of it is that app does not work very well because it does not look good.

With X-Mart we can see the status of our order at all times which is something no other platform offers. Also you can manage purchases whether they're for pickup or delivery.
Cons
I did not find the use of X-Mart products complicated because our company already knew what it was about so no complaints.

It is highly functional, understands the tastes and characteristics of each user and is easy to use from the moment a customer registers to product delivery. Plus it accepts various credit cards and its technical support provides real-time assistance and helps us with any questions or difficulties.
Cons
Well I think it should cover more areas and be much more competitive in prices.

X-Mart is a flexible ecosystem that achieves a fairly complete integration between the objectives set and the results achieved. A comprehensive balance sheet is also available which allows us to verify the progress and mobility of the goals we have set.
Cons
Certain errors that may be evident in the status changes of orders being processed could be resolved. As corrections are applied, these errors could be eliminated and I also noticed that the information processing capacity is slow.

As a developer the ease of implementing new features by having a centralized and functional core as a user of the applications themselves is something I like a lot. Overall I would say the performance when fulfilling my requests was appreciable.
Cons
Like all software it is not always perfect and sometimes an error occurs during some orders placed but it happens in a few cases. So I have nothing too major to share.

Pros
Managing the requirements is easy since they are already built and tested and it works well. The integration into the investment service took longer than we expected because the ordering platform wasn't designed for this kind of product so it had to be connected to the company's systems. But the key points are that actions can be scheduled at every stage and developers have the flexibility to modify the platform to streamline the process.
Cons
Customer management, reporting and categorization could use some improvements. Also it would be great if customer management could be integrated with the app's user management and a CRM. For reports having access to bulk download requests could resolve a lot of reporting issues. And as for categorization I feel like adding more general categories for products and payment methods would be beneficial. Lastly the ability to schedule orders in advance would address many of the current needs.
