Invaluable tool

Pros

Their support team is always available to help me handle the unique challenges of high volume dropshipping. Also Yaballe makes it easy to manage all my stores from one centralized hub.

Cons

Well the learning curve I would say is way too steep mainly for beginners who are just starting their dropshipping journey.

Very disappointed with customer service

Pros

Yaballe software has a flaw where it processes orders from over a year ago when you reload your account. The customer service does not offer refunds and just tells you that the issue has been escalated. However after three months of waiting and multiple follow-ups, there's been no resolution or refund.

Cons

I have repeatedly warned them about the lack of respect they show when a customer experiences bugs with their software. I was not refunded and nor did I receive any business proposal to resolve the issue.

A decent dropshipping with some issues

Pros

The user interface is well designed and easy to adjust to. Also it includes many essential features like bulk changes. What I like most is the notification email I receive about the bulk process I requested.

Cons

Well the customer service mainly provides robotic responses from virtual assistants. And it often takes a day or even a week before you actually get a solution.

It's alright but not very user-friendly

Pros

It is not complicated, has most of the necessary functions and the pricing seems fair to me too as it is not too expensive.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it is not user friendly at all. The customer support is terrible and it is difficult to find even the most basic features.
