ZeckoShop is an excellent tool for small to medium sized businesses aiming to build a strong e-commerce presence without relying on platforms like Shopify, which take a percentage of sales and may not integrate with our ERP. With this software I can easily build a professional website that integrates well with our ERP system. If you're using Business vision or Spire, you can offer both account and retail customers a smooth online shopping experience, similar to larger competitors. The software also gives me full control over user access, allowing them to verify pricing, check stock levels, place orders, create order templates and view past web orders.
Cons
There isn't a complete user manual available, which means we may still be missing out on some features (there are a lot of controls on the admin side of the site). However Zeckoshop's support team consistently provides quick responses and they have published tutorials for certain parts of the setup. One other suggestion would be to have some of our original training sessions scheduled closer to the launch date instead of rushing through them during the early stages of data entry.

It integrates smoothly with our ERP and updates happen automatically when ERP data changes. The interface is easy to use, given how much functionality is available. The support team is responsive and the product is regularly updated.
Cons

Pros
Once everything was explained and I had time to familiarize myself with the new functions, things worked smoothly. The written instructions were very helpful after the virtual class. Each section of the process was thoroughly explained and made sense. The directions, headings and subheadings were clear and not full of computer jargon, which was definitely a plus.
Cons
I believe the spacing between the product image and its description is too far apart. They should be closer together, as there seems to be a lot of unused space. It might be better if the descriptions were placed next to the images. When setting up the program, only one person was involved, which meant the rest of the staff had to continue with their tasks. This caused a time issue since it took extra time for the team to learn the system. Setting up new part numbers, adding images, categories, descriptions and alternates has remained challenging but we're slowly getting better at it.

“Amazing Team, Amazing Product”
Pros
I appreciate that it integrates with my BusinessVision software. We're able to manage our website and a database of over 25,000 items with just a few people. We've been using it for years, and it has always kept up with changes. The team at Zecko is excellent and intuitive.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike. We are currently upgrading to the latest version, and it seems most of our requested upgrades have been implemented. Perhaps I would like additional support with the SEO aspects of our site.

Pros
The integration between ZeckoShop and our accounting system saves us a lot of time. The system syncs inventory, pricing, and customer information automatically, without any need for manual intervention. Online orders are imported into our accounting system seamlessly, and the ability to add features as our needs evolve is a big plus.
Cons
As with all software, it has its imperfections. I think the system is missing some basic maintenance and reporting features.

Cons

Terracor is great and made everything easy for us to implement and use. Their support has been outstanding, and I'd recommend them to anyone without an IT department. As a mid-sized business owner, I handle many tasks, and the last thing we need is a complicated site. The site is user-friendly for both our customers and in the back end. Terracor handled everything to get us up and running within the expected timeframe. Zecko shop has allowed us to grow and adapt as our business evolves.
Cons
The integration process was complex for our company because we wanted everything connected with our ERP system. Since our ERP system isn't widely used, they had to figure out the proper mapping for our entries. As expected, learning a new system can be difficult but their support was available to assist within 24 hours. They update the software each year, considering our needs as part of the improvements.

There are too many advantages to list, but the most impactful for our success have been the team at terracor, who worked with us to adapt the solution to our needs the flexibility of the solution itself and the integration and automation that have helped make our company scalable.
Cons
Like any solution, there have been some features we needed but were unavailable. However Terracor has been accommodating, providing quotes for specific feature requests to accelerate development for our most pressing requirements.
