The prices can definitely be a bit on the higher side, which might be tough for some small businesses like mine to handle.

Getting help through their online resources can be a bit hit or miss for me but honestly, the customer service team has always had my back and steps in fast when I need help. Honestly, there's nothing I dislike. It's a great company that genuinely cares about both its clients and employees.

When it comes to SAP,It really stands out because they know exactly how to diagnose and fix even the most complex issues. I've seen them tackle problems that seemed almost impossible, yet they always manage to find solutions quickly and efficiently.

Cons

There's been some downtime here and there, which slows down the process when we're trying to close more complex deals. I'm hoping they'll work on reducing that in the future.

Nothing too negative here. The reps I've worked with have been accurate and helpful but there's sometimes a bit of a delay when I ask questions.

I've had an amazing experience with Accenture's HR consulting services. Some of the newer team members seem undertrained and don't know much about the product, which can make things tricky and adds to the cost when implementing the software or providing services.
