The AGG team truly exceeded expectations during our implementation

Pros

Like any project, we faced some issues along the way with new requirements emerging. However, Access PM was very clear in guiding us through those challenges.

Cons

Our old CRM was very disconnected, manual and lacked accountability. It took our sales team longer than necessary to enter information and generate reports. Leadership could not get real-time forecasts.

A team with deep expertise

Pros

AGG offers a pre built application ready for installation and their team customized it to meet our requirements within two weeks. This was a huge advantage since other partners we received quotes from with similar products had timelines of over six weeks and higher pricing.

Cons

We should have discovered AGG sooner. Our Salesforce org could have been in a much better place. But now, there is nothing to complain about. They are a great team to work with.

Pros

AGC is always available to resolve issues as they arise. Vamsi and his team respond quickly to questions, whether through a live call, email or instant message, providing quick responses and long-term solutions.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. Whenever our agents encounter challenges, it really provides hands-on, live support. They set up Zoom meetings for one-on-one assistance, ensuring long-term solutions for our systems and processes.
