“A reliable, tireless helper who never minds dialing over and over again
Pros
This thing is a multitasking powerhouse! It keeps everything running smoothly with all the regulations, predicts when calls will be picked up and even handles SMS and email. Honestly, it's like having a secret weapon to stay on top of customer outreach without burning out the team.
Cons
The advanced features definitely take some time to get used to.. it's not exactly a plug and play' situation. Also if you are running a smaller operation, like the little IT shop I used to work at, the pricing might feel like a bit of a stretch.

“fantastic choice for outbound teams, user-friendly, fast and trustworthy
Pros
I have found it to be such an easy and reliable solution for our outbound sales team. Everything just works and it's simple to use.
Cons
Honestly, I can not think of anything specific I dislike about Acqueon. Everything's been pretty solid for me.

“Not that good
Pros
What I really love is how flexible the system is. It's packed with features that can be adjusted to fit pretty much any business need, no matter what we throw at it.
Cons
Our initial implementation team was a bit of a headache. They didn't really listen to what we needed and were pretty argumentative. What really made things worse was that there wasn't anyone who could clearly differentiate between Acqueon and Cisco dependencies during the implementation. There was a lot of finger-pointing, which got frustrating fast. It would've been super helpful to have someone who understood both sides of the integration, so they could explain to us what was on Acqueon's end and what was on Cisco's.

“Excellent partner for helping us implement our outbound dialer system using CISCO UCCX
Pros
My favorite part about Acqueon is how easily it integrated with our existing CISCO UCCX system. The professional services team made the setup process a breeze, handling everything from start to finish, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The training was top-notch too, which helped us get the hang of it quickly. Acqueon's got a ton of features, everything from call management to in-depth reporting and it's seriously boosted our customer care team's performance. It's super easy to use and the support we got made the whole experience so much better.
Cons
In general our experience with Acqueon has been great, but there are a few things that could be improved. Some of the more advanced features took a little longer for our team to get the hang of than we expected. The training and support were good but we definitely needed more time to get comfortable with some of the customizations. We also found the pricing for smaller-scale licenses to be a bit higher than we thought.

“A fintech firm that helped multiple clients switch to
Pros
The layout is super easy and I love that you can make changes on the fly during the day. It's so easy to adapt as things come up.
Cons
Sometimes the system can be a little laggy and I think the real-time reporting could use some improvements too.

“Acqueon setup with the SMS gateway within my organization
Pros
We are a financial institution with tight security protocols, so we can't directly connect with SMS servers. Instead, we use an internal SMS app with a secure API for sending messages. Acqueon went above and beyond to make sure their system worked seamlessly with our internal setup, so we didn't have to change anything on our end.
Cons
There's no built-in feature to integrate with SMS APIs, which was a bit of a letdown for us.

“Acqueon LCM upgrade and new platform for CIGNA are great
Pros
Support has been amazing and their knowledge base was essential in getting everything right. It was a huge help!
Cons
It can be tough to find time to meet during the day. Also, getting them into our system for direct access was a bit of a challenge.
