Exceptional Consultants with a Team-Oriented Approach!

Pros

Every time I've worked with an Ad Victoriam consultant, they've consistently demonstrated excellent Salesforce expertise, showing a real dedication to creating reusable components and scalable architecture. Their knowledge of Salesforce and development was complemented by strong business acumen and excellent communication, which made collaborating with the Ad Vic teams a smooth experience. When the staff augmentation project kicked off, the new team members quickly adapted to address a backlog of business process improvements. Within six months, they reduced the average Time to Resolution for support tickets from 7 days to 1.5 days, and the volume of bug tickets started decreasing around month 4. Overall I would gladly work with them again due to their dedication to Salesforce-native solutions, business-focused strategies and professional communication.

First-Class Pro Bono Contributions

Pros

Ad Victoriam successfully set up Salesforce for my nonprofit. Their consultants are knowledgeable, thorough and quick to move forward. They helped me identify many blind spots I hadn't even realized. I am incredibly grateful for their pro bono work, which enabled my organization to grow through Salesforce implementation. It truly reflects the supportive community spirit that makes this organization so exceptional. They were personable, thorough, competent and quick.

Absolutely Love Ad Victoriam!!!

Pros

I really appreciated their patience with us. During our engagement, we were in the middle of moving our offices, which sometimes made scheduling meetings difficult or required us to reschedule due to issues like lack of internet.

The Ideal Salesforce Partner for Everyone

Pros

It remains a vital partner for FLUX Pumps as we push the limits of Salesforce products. We have a standing weekly meeting with an Ad Victoriam team member, which helps us continue to make progress. Their consistent expertise has been instrumental in making much of our success possible.

What was once a dreaded task turned into a rewarding experience.

Pros

The most valuable aspect of working with them is their team. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They took charge of this project and made the entire process much smoother. The representatives provided us with weekly updates, keeping us fully informed about the project's status at all times.

Cons

There is not much to criticize about working with Ad Victoriam Solutions. They delivered exactly what they promised and completed everything either on schedule or ahead of time.

Quick, precise work that provided us with key insights.

Pros

They were innovative and dedicated to understanding our instance and how we use it. They clearly communicated when they would test in the sandbox, push to production, etc. While this might seem minor, reliability and clear communication are crucial. Unlike many consultants today who assume they know better and try to make your instance fit their idea, Ad Victoriam wasn't like that at all!

Cons

I did not have any real dislikes. They were always on time for our meetings and came prepared with what we asked for. While there were some minor misalignments between what we needed and what was provided, I think that's to be expected when working with a consultant.
