Pros

What really impressed me about Adastra was how they blended deep technical knowledge with a consultative approach. They understood both the technical and business sides of our challenges which made their solutions really effective. Plus their partnership with Microsoft meant we got to use the latest technology customized to our needs.

Cons

I feel like it could definitely improve by offering more training resources for our teams after the implementation phase.

Pros

One thing I like the most about Adastra's skill is that it integrates complex systems and provides a useful yet customized solution. Their expertise in data management and governance along with their knowledge of the insurance industry, made our project a success. Plus the automation they introduced really improved our workflows which saved us a lot of time and resources.

Cons

It is not a con but it would have been really helpful for us to have more user training during the implementation phase.

Pros

It is quite easy to use and it really helps our team work better together, even with tight deadlines or busy schedules. Whether it is coding, making Gantt charts or creating graphics, everything just comes together well.

Cons

The tool is not ideal when you first start using it as you can easily get lost trying to figure out how things work. So this is an area where I feel like Adastra could make huge improvements going forward.

Pros

The interface is awesome and the tools are simply the best just what we expected.

Cons

It would be great to have more detailed instructions on how to use the tool. Because at times it takes a while to find what we need so a more detailed training interface would be really helpful.

“Delivered when they said they would

Pros

I like that they provided the best architecture for our business. They also gave us a really cost effective solution and were completely transparent throughout the process.

Cons

One downside is that their company operates in many countries so everything was done remotely. The result of it is that we did not get the chance to work with them in person.

Pros

Well I really like how Adastra offers an all in one solution to us. Also they explain technical architecture in simple terms so it's easy to understand. They gave us a lot of options and we chose the one that worked best for our company.

Cons

The only con is that the entire service was done online by their team from different locations around the world. Unfortunately we did not get to meet any of the people we worked with face to face.

Their support and service are simply amazing and it really helps us to understand the process in the best possible way.

Cons

I find the process and deployment method quite time consuming and there is definitely room for improvement here.

Adastra's strong track record in data governance and analytics, especially in the financial services sector really added value to our core business and strengthened our processes with a modern data analytics and governance program.

There is nothing to dislike. They have always been on our list of preferred vendors.

I really like how Adastra measures their success based on the success of the organizations they support and their actions and work ethics prove that. And I am really happy with how they not only delivered the right solution for our needs but also helped us plan how the Cloud Analytics Platform can grow in the future to support our success.

Cons

Nothing that I remember. The cooperation between our team and Adastra has always been amazing. Overall it is not wrong to say we work together as one team and I am excited for more collaboration in the future.

I am genuinely impressed by the mindset of their team. They are always looking for ways to consult us on strategic platform improvements which leads to great results in the long run. I also appreciate their quick response time knowing there is someone reliable to support us anytime, day or night. They take our mission as seriously as we do.

Cons

With the professionalism of the Adastra team and the 24/7 support they provide I could not ask for a better consultancy firm to work with on my program.

“Reliable software

Pros

Throughout the project Adastra proved to be a flexible and reliable partner to us. They helped us with technical and architectural decisions at the start and had the right people to support the actual rollout. It really felt like a one stop shop experience.

Cons

We worked with them in a near shoring approach, but due to COVID we had to cancel all on-site visits. Thankfully this did not slow the project down as communication went well all the time and there were no significant delays due to this change in how we worked.

The thing that stands out is the feeling that we are not just in a vendor-client relationship but more of a partnership. Adastra measures their success by the success of the companies they work with which really shows in everything they do.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. Everything is so collaborative and all our projects run perfectly fine.
