I worked with this platform not too long ago and overall their approach felt professional and efficient. The team was proactive, quick to respond and seemed to really understand what I needed. Still, I felt the communication side could have been better, since at times it wasn't as smooth as I hoped. Even with that, the overall experience was good and I do appreciate the effort they put in. With some small improvements, I think they could make their service much stronger. I'd consider using this tool again in the future, hoping for better communication next time.
