AE hires excellent people. The team members act as extensions of our own staff, getting deeply familiar with our business processes and technology to help our IT team deliver the best experience for over 6,500 users.

Cons

AE goes the extra mile to ensure that their solutions are thorough and robust, which results in our projects costing more to deliver than they would if we switched to another model. However, the value they bring to HLC's technology initiatives is clear and definitely worth the investment.

The templates created for our email campaigns have significantly increased our ability to reach out to our customer base. The automated email feature has also really increased our productivity, saving time while still keeping things running smoothly.

We did face an issue with the pricing. The structure was not quite satisfactory. While I can't compare them to other digital marketing companies, they should consider adjusting their pricing to stay ahead in the competitive market.

I use American Eagle to make updates to our company website, which has a page with employee pictures and another page showing pricing for our services. The site is extremely user-friendly. When I had to step in for an employee who was out, I was able to quickly and easily learn how to use the site and get things done.

Cons

The platform could use a more modernized look. I'm unsure whether this is due to restrictions from American Eagle or a company preference, though.

It doesn't seem to use any performance metrics or effective resource management strategies within the company. Many employees have expressed feeling overworked.

The service is great especially considering the price! The support is excellent, the conditions are perfect, and the equipment is fast. Our admin chose this for our projects and it's been a fantastic choice.

The price point is a bit too high for me. Additionally, the content under the header and the font used for the logo could be improved.
