“I love it
Pros
I love how the creative mindset here doesn't stick to the usual rules. They're always finding new ways to get things done and hit the targets. I especially have to shout out their all-in-one Customer Management analytics, it's seriously top-notch!
Cons
The only thing I'd suggest is adding PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO to their Digital Marketing options. As time goes on, Sales and Support are starting to work more closely together, so it'd be awesome if they could include these features.

“Amazing product!
Pros
One thing I really like is how I can customize the buttons all over the software. It makes the whole experience feel more personal and easier to use.
Cons
Sometimes, I need to create a whole new template just to add one extra button. It'd be great if they could find a way to make that process a bit easier.
