Pros
A8 goes beyond just solving problems!!! They are consultative and offer insights and best practices that have made our team stronger and streamlined operations. Their communication is fantastic, whether it's a one-off email, project updates or pre/post weekly spring communications. It always feels like they are "one step ahead" and fully invested in our success.
Cons
I just wish we had more opportunities to work with them! I have full trust in their team and their ability to deliver solutions for any client!

Pros
They took the time to strategize with us, not just execute. They brought many ideas to the table and pushed back on certain items to ensure everything was set up correctly.
Cons
I'm not a fan of auto-renewals. We would love to continue with Aptitude 8, but had to cancel because we can't commit to another month 30 days in advance.

Their attention to detail, development resources and extensive HubSpot knowledge stand out.
Cons
There's not much to complain about. If I had to be critical, I'd say they tend to set aggressive timelines for projects but I have noticed that's common in the agency world.

Pros
They are easily accessible, knowledgeable and assisted with sales and account management playbooks used for onboarding. It really felt like they were an internal partner and they were quick to act.
Cons
The frustrations were more related to the CRM itself rather than Aptitude 8's ability to implement effective changes.

Aptitude 8 was willing to think outside the box with us to meet our needs. We also worked with a bright and dedicated developer. They were flexible and worked through challenges we had around scoping and initial confusion on both sides. I appreciated how they came to the table with solutions and a willingness to collaborate.
Cons
There was some turnover among key contacts, which created a bit of inconsistency. Initially, our team didn't realize we were working under an open-ended contract instead of one based on deliverables, which led to needing to revisit and increase the project budget, a difficult situation.

Aptitude 8 team is an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone brings their best work to the table as if they were part of your internal team. Their onboarding and kickoff process sets all projects up for success and they always deliver on time, from campaign work to custom code. They're also proactive about suggesting better solutions when they see an opportunity for improvement. Overall I'd highly recommend working with them.

Pros
The team at Aptitude 8 is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in their approach. They take the time to understand your current environment and future goals, creating a clear plan of action to get you where you need to go. They are not afraid to challenge you, and they're not intimidated if you challenge them! The end results are always better when working with them.
Cons
There's not much to dislike. They quickly address any challenges that come up during implementation and handle project scope creep with care. They are transparent about what they can and cannot deliver, so you never feel misled. They are always open to feedback and foster honest communication.

Aptitude 8 listens and asks the right questions to deliver results on time and on budget. They communicate well and set clear expectations. We would present ideas and challenges on how we wanted to further leverage HubSpot, and Aptitude 8 would listen, iterate with us, and bring in the experts to turn our concepts into solutions.
Cons
Our experience with them has been exceptional so I don't have any criticisms. Even when a delivery seemed to be delayed, they quickly gathered their team and got things back on track.

It does an amazing job of looking at how best to market and scale our business and then building solutions with that in mind. After helping tons of businesses grow, they know the quickest path for growth and layer in the systems to support it. This growth-focused approach is key to ultimately getting the returns we want from HubSpot and complementary solutions.
Cons
I don't have many complaints. They did go through a period of rapid growth, which led to some changes in our lead consultant but all of them were fantastic to work with.
