Pros

Working with Keste has been such a great experience for me. They're super knowledgeable and always willing to help out. The team really knows their stuff and keeps up with the latest trends and skills. From the start, their sales team impressed me, they were smart, professional and really dedicated to the success of our project. They didn't just treat us like another client they truly felt like a part of our team for a long time.

Cons

There's really not much to complain about, though we did run into some resource issues early on. That said, It was really open to our feedback and fixed the concerns quickly, without it affecting the progress of our projects. Overall, I can't think of any major issues we've faced.

Pros

The team did an awesome job making sure everything was documented and aligned with our expectations, so what they delivered was exactly what we wanted. It saved us from having to go back and forth a million times, which was such a relief.

Cons

I honestly didn't experience any downsides during this particular engagement. Everything went smoothly.

Pros

I really appreciate how responsive Keste is. Whenever I need something, they're quick to get back to me and I trust them to have my back. Their attentiveness and expertise have been amazing and it's made a huge difference in our work together.

We often work with Keste's offshore team and they're absolutely fantastic. The only challenge is the time difference, which can be a bit limiting at times.

Keste's CPQ team is top-notch, super qualified, knowledgeable, hard-working and trustworthy. They delivered really well-engineered solutions and best practices and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.

Nothing specific stands out as a downside for me. Everything has gone well.

I feel really lucky that we've had the chance to work with such an amazing team from Keste. They've been so easy to collaborate with every step of the way, whether it was nailing down the details of an SOW, diving into discovery, executing, or delivering results. Honestly, they've been some of the best consulting partners I've ever worked with. They make us feel like we're their only client and are always super responsive. Their strong industry relationships have really helped speed up solutions and decisions and they always bring a ton of best practices to the table.

Cons

A few resources were moved off our project but they were replaced with equally skilled or even better ones. It didn't really affect the progress of the work.

Pros

I've had a great experience with Keste. They made sure we were all on the same page with expectations and requirements, which kept us from doing duplicate work. They consistently delivered ahead of schedule and exceeded what we were hoping for. Their deep understanding of the business and software led to fantastic recommendations that really worked for us.

Having Keste's team onsite was a game-changer. From start to finish, they gave us incredible support throughout the entire project, even post-launch. It made such a difference having them right there with us.

There were times when the design concepts felt a bit too constrained. We didn't want to make the community too customized but after some initial usability testing, we had to make some changes. The team worked really well with a third-party partner to ensure the custom designs followed best practices. Of course, like with any third party, it took time for them to learn our complex business needs.

Pros

Every person Keste brought onto the team knew the Community product inside and out and they were able to jump right in and get up to speed quickly. They really paid attention to detail and managed time well. The team meshed well with ours and we learned a lot together as we adopted new agile practices.

Cons

I don't have any negatives, everything has been very positive. Even when we needed to switch resources, the experience was smooth.

Pros

I've been really impressed with the contractors Keste provided, especially Kate A. Her organization, attention to detail and knowledge are unmatched. She's definitely one of the best I've worked with.

Cons

Nothing major from my side, except for the fact that Kate isn't a Vizient employee which isn't a big deal but just a minor note.

Pros

It brings the perfect skill set to the table when it comes to technology. They know how to handle large projects and ensure they get delivered successfully. They're especially great at bringing in skilled resources and getting things done on time.

I do think there's room for improvement in the testing and validation of the features being developed. Also, code quality is an area where Keste could make some improvements.

I love how It is always willing to learn new tools to help their customers. It shows how committed they are to providing the best service possible.

It has an amazing ability to bring in qualified resources and ramp up quickly when needed. It really helps us stay on track and keep things moving smoothly.

I've noticed that Keste often tries to "sell" more within the organization, which can sometimes feel a bit much.
