They all are highly professional and always stick to timelines and SLAs. Overall the service quality is one of the best I have ever experienced.
Cons
Sometimes, the team is spread across different time zones, making it tough for us to find a common time for meetings and follow-ups.

Pros
The work environment is really friendly. The projects are good and if you perform well, there are plenty of onsite opportunities. The managers are supportive and the team structure works well.
Cons
Even though there are plenty of onsite projects, priority often goes to those who are close to the managers. Also, the project you are hired for is not always the one you end up working on.

It is a great partner for Public Cloud IT Transformation. The planning went smoothly and Cloudreach has been highly professional throughout. They provide top-tier resources with the right experience to align with our strategy, goals and objectives.
Cons
The vendor was skilled and most of the project was executed smoothly. But things didn't go as planned toward the end as it was all green until the last stretch, then suddenly turned amber.
