What I enjoy the most is how simple it is to use and connect with your data. It's intuitive and there are so many chart options that help me make better decisions.

Cons

One thing I don't quite like is that sometimes my data takes a little longer to refresh. There have been a few instances where it got erased but it has not happened often. Apart from that, I'm really happy with the software.

Pros

The project management from the them was really impressive. They were well-prepared for sprints, communicated effectively and on time about any issues, and didn't miss any major deadlines. They were very familiar with Agile principles and followed Scrum efficiently throughout the project. There were no significant delays, bugs or miscommunications. I was really impressed with their readiness, availability and willingness to support the project's success. They are excellent at following instructions and adapting to any project methodology, whether it's Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid. Their ability to quickly learn business processes, along with their excellent communication and technical expertise, makes them truly stand out.

Cons

Fairly speaking�. I cannot think of any dislikes. If they continue maintaining the quality and efficiency of their services, I don't think there's anything more to ask for.
