Pros
I had a great experience using Birlasoft's Intellibridge solution for both web and mobile apps. The cloud and automation technology they use really make the experience easy and their customer support team is always super helpful whenever I need them.
Cons
So far, I haven't come across any issues with Birlasoft's offerings. Everything has been working smoothly for me.

The testing tools and utilities they offer are really handy. They've made automating manual tasks so much easier and saved us a lot of time.
Cons
The user interface for the testing suites and tools could use some improvements. It's not terrible but there's definitely room for enhancement.

This is just my personal view but I believe businesses should constantly adapt to the market. Since the market is so dynamic, every company needs to be flexible. I've suggested this approach to Birlasoft as well.

Cons
It is a huge player and I think smaller companies might not be their target audience. The product might not be as cost-effective for them and the annual subscription can be a bit pricey for smaller businesses.
