“It needs to be improved

Pros

Customer support is helpful when they answer the phone but the time it takes to resolve issues is too long. We have had to open multiple cases and tickets to get things sorted.

Cons

Their product seems to work well for organizations outside the Gulf region. However, they only provide a solution in one language, while we needed it in two. Before purchasing, we specifically asked if this was possible and the salesperson assured us it was but that wasn't the case.

I like how it allows you to customize SAP and make it a more user-friendly ERP system.

Cons

I would love to have more control over items at the line level. For example, it would be great if we could automatically highlight items in green when they are in stock and red when they're out of stock but this feature isn't supported yet.

Pros

I love the Universal Function in B1UP. No programming is needed, you just need some knowledge of SQL, HANA and variables to customize SAP Business One.

Cons

Integrating CRM with SAP Business One significantly slows down the system.

It's great that it can go beyond the standard SAP B1 capabilities and handle multiple projects over a long period of time.

Nothing comes to mind. I would definitely recommend this tool.

Being able to save credit card information in SAP for future use with customers is really convenient.

There were errors in the beginning and support was slow to respond with little help.
