Pros
I've hired them twice now. They are an outstanding team with practical Salesforce professionals who truly understand the needs. Working with the team has accelerated my initiatives in 2024. Their focus and accessibility ensure they build solutions that meet the current business needs while also ensuring scalability for the future. I highly recommend them to any GTM leader looking to enhance their tech stack management.
Cons
There is not much to mention here. If there were any major concerns with the team, I wouldn't have hired them twice for two different organizations.

Pros
The team is thoughtful and engaging, acting as great solution partners. Unlike other agencies, I never feel like I'm racing against the clock. They take the time to understand the processes behind the build and suggest solutions that align with my organization's goals and vision. During our Service Cloud implementation, they worked closely with each of the service teams to understand how they use their current CRM, how they wish they could use it, and how each team interacts with the others. Ultimately, their recommended solution was comprehensive and significantly improved communication and collaboration within the service organization, as well as between service and other Salesforce user groups like sales and finance.
Cons
There weren't any downsides to working with them. Despite having a limited budget and resources, with a few large projects on our plate, they worked with what we had and delivered a solution that fit our budget, met our timeline and exceeded our expectations.
