I must say their online cloud support is very reliable and they always provide Microsoft licenses on time.

Cons

Some licenses ordered through Adobe were not delivered on time on the CDW site which causes issues for us.

The quality is simply the best and we have never faced any breakdowns. Plus, returns and replacements are fairly easy.

Certain brands from different vendors have long lead times, which is very frustrating.

We have a dedicated sales rep, which is a huge plus. They are always available to answer questions, find the best solutions or offer different options.

Cons

CDW's offerings confuse us a bit at times. Vendor relationships change and there is no external notice when that happens.
