“Complete package for everything

Pros

I really appreciate how open, honest and timely they are with feedback about our processes and products. They always seem to come up with creative, out-of-the-box solutions to even the most complex problems.

Cons

Sometimes, I've had to explain the same issues and concerns to different experts and it can feel a bit repetitive. It would be great if they could keep a record of these discussions and work from that, especially when there are changes in the team.
