“A fantastic company backed by HubSpot specialists

Pros

Really appreciate how knowledgeable and personable everyone at CP is! They are fantastic to work with and the entire team is truly an expert in their field.

Cons

Sometimes, instead of teaching us how to use the platform, they just do it themselves. It solves the problem quickly but it doesn't give me the chance to learn how to do it on my own.

Pros

CP allows us to reach different demographics effectively. We are able to separate our marketing, fundraising and general awareness emails, which has been extremely helpful.

Cons

Integration between Salesforce and ClearPivot can be tricky at times, though this seems to be more of a Salesforce issue than anything else.

I love their flexibility! During the COVID-19 shutdown earlier this year, their team was understanding and willing to adjust our commitment to help us get back on our feet.

Cons

There just are not enough hours in the day to get everything we want to do done. That's not a fault of ClearPivot, just the reality of time!

Pros

The personalized attention we received from their representatives was amazing. They truly listened to what we needed as a very small business and helped us learn how to manage things ourselves. We wanted to be hands-on and truly understand the services we were using, and they patiently answered every question clearly and concisely.

Cons

The only downside was that we wished we had more time in each session to work through everything we were tackling.

Their representative is incredibly knowledgeable and always puts thorough research and careful thought into every task we assign. Communication with their team is easy and we genuinely trust them. They clearly understand our vision and consistently bring excellent ideas to the table. And their blogging team is fantastic!
