Always ready to assist with project solutions, they're upfront and honest about any risks involved and never try to oversell. They offer solutions without any pressure.

A team with deep expertise, highly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. They are so responsive, thorough and provide excellent project management and communication. Process is smooth from start to finish, with clear pricing, transparent reporting and no charge for unused hours!
Cons
We really had no issues at all working with CloudMasonry. I would gladly collaborate with them again and have already recommended them to other teams within the company.

Pros
They truly understood our business and adapted the implementation to fit our needs. Excellent communication on progress, budget, deliverables and risks. I'm glad they have an in depth knowledge of Salesforce, knowing what works and what doesn't.
Cons
We were using a third-party integration layer and initially, there was some friction between CloudMasonry and that company. But once the issue was identified, CloudMasonry did a great job of bringing everyone together for meetings and ensuring the work was properly integrated.

“CloudMasonry's knowledge and expertise are truly impressive.
Pros
Our experience with CloudMasonry was nothing but great, mainly thanks to their consultant's deep knowledge of Salesforce. She answered our questions promptly, explained things clearly, and was patient when we needed things repeated. She also made adjustments whenever we had schedule or scope changes. They not only handled our requests but also helped us feel more prepared for future projects.
Cons
It's not really a dislike, but we underestimated the time and involvement required on our end. We quickly learned that the more we invested in the project, the more efficiently our consultant could work. In the end, it only helped us better understand the system.

They brought in outsourced developers for our project, which was totally fine. It just meant we didn't interact with them directly.
