Genuine partnership built on collaboration

Invaluable resource for anyone looking to implement salesforce

Pros

It excels at navigating unclear requirements. Despite the complexity of our needs, they managed to create a detailed and user friendly design.

Cons

There was some turnover in the staff during the project, but they managed it well and it didn't affect the progress of the work.

The most effective solution to understand your customers

Cloudsquare is an incredible tool that really brought life to my company's CRM platform. I appreciate how they specializes in CRM support and implementation, delivering exceptional solutions. Thanks to Cloudsquare, we've been able to extract the most value from our CRM platform. We can now track customer details and analyze data, allowing us to set achievable goals for both the sales and marketing teams. Their ability to identify and address the challenges we faced helped both departments work together to meet our objectives.

Cons

While Cloudsquare offers excellent Salesforce solutions for CRM platforms, the minimal user interface could be a disadvantage for small businesses with limited budgets. However, it successfully streamlined our products and services, though it lacks comprehensive marketing automation.

Perfect tool with the perfect team

Team, the process and the product are all incredibly professional, efficient, supportive and pleasant to work with.

They were a pleasure to collaborate with, always responsive throughout the entire process. The work was completed quickly and effectively.
