“So user friendly”
Pros
They have a lot of experience with Salesforce and quickly identified the changes needed for our current CRM. Working with them was really easy and they're genuinely nice people. They respond fast and are always eager to resolve any issues.
Cons
While it's normal to have bugs in a new system, we had more than expected after going live even after testing a lot. To be fair, it might not have been Coastal's fault but could be related to Salesforce or Amazon Voice.

Pros
Coastal is sharp and professional, impressively adapting and understanding our business needs very quickly.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything bad. If I had to mention something, it would be how we had to promote the work in Copado. They gave us all the metadata but I think the initial user stories weren't really needed since we usually create user stories only for the components we are promoting. The bot was included in every user story, which made things complicated. In the end, we just used one user story and added all the components we needed.

“Super quick updates”
Pros
We talked through the project's scope in detail and they customized everything to suit our requirements. We started with smaller projects and as we gained confidence, we moved on to larger tasks. We mainly worked with the same team, who had a great understanding of our organization. Their solutions relied heavily on out-of-the-box features, which was important to us for future in house management.
Cons
U.S based resources cost more than offshore resources.

Pros
Everyone at Coastal Cloud has been friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had. They have extensive expertise in all things Salesforce, including Pardot and are always available to assist. Help is always quick, with no long waits.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is that we didn't use them sooner! We've grown over the years and tried to handle things ourselves but it would have been easier if we started with them earlier.

“Super responsive and So simple to work with”
Pros
They're easy to collaborate with and respond promptly. Follow-up after meetings and requests is fast as well. The account team has been great. We're using Asana for project management, so both teams can track the work. The weekly updates on hour utilization have been very helpful, keeping us informed about what we've used and what's left for the month.
Cons
So far, I don't have anything I dislike. The partnership is too new for me to say anything negative.

They're personable, friendly, thorough, have great communication skills, manage expectations well and have exceptional expertise.
Cons
Honestly I don't have anything to dislike. The only thing I can see is that some potential customers might be hesitant because of the price. But in my experience especially with SFDC, you get what you pay for when developing and maintaining a complex SFDC environment.

The representative at Coastal Cloud was a true expert. He was able to take my non-Salesforce language and turn it into solutions that solved our problems. His understanding of how economic development organizations function helped him offer valuable guidance and recommendations. He was incredibly quick with follow-ups and always kept me on track to meet deadlines. I would send him lists of tasks I needed done and most of the time, they were completed the same day.
