The availability of resources is the best part of working with them. Their rep was always ready to help in any situation.
Cons
The marketing could be stronger. The team does a great job once they're inside an organization, but they could improve how they establish those initial connections.

“Quick setup and the easiest implementation
Pros
No impact on our current processes, super easy to use and the shortest implementation time. Hamilton IFRS16 covers all possible scenarios and its standard reporting meets all business needs.
Cons
No issues so far. However, the business user should be comfortable with numbers and have a solid understanding of their own data.

Pros
It is designed to handle both simple and complex business scenarios. It's been a huge help in automating the IFRS process across different industries. Plus, the teamwork during project implementation was great.
Cons
The UI is SAP based. It would be great if they also offered a non SAP version so management could access reports from any device, like mobiles or tablets.

Cons
There's not much flexibility for user configuration. Any enhancements or customizations require help from the vendor's technical team.

“Hamilton delivers everything once you get the hang of it
Pros
Hamilton has an IFRS 16 add-on that needs to be installed in the SAP system. Once installed, which takes very little time, it can be configured and customized to meet specific business needs. It is good and provides detailed contract information, tracks all contract adjustments and modifications, and can even automate accounting postings in SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Their unique implementation approach only takes 3 to 4 months. It's a complete IFRS 16 solution, covering lessee and lessor accounting, intercompany leases, subleases, sale and leaseback, bargain purchase options, consumer price index adjustments and other complex IFRS 16 requirements. My clients are very happy with Hamilton and honestly, happy clients are the best advertisement.
Cons
Honestly, this application should have been invented sooner. More people would have found it helpful and easier to use for their work.

“A simple solution for accurate IFRS16 calculations
Pros
The reports in Hamilton already meet the IFRS 16 reporting needs in Indonesia. They are user-friendly, the calculations are reliable and configuration is easy for consultants.
Cons
The reports are easy to use, but generating them involves multiple steps, which can be confusing. Adding new custom data to tables isn't very flexible, making it tricky for companies still transitioning from cash based to accrual-based accounting.

Consultants really know their stuff. They provide quick and precise solutions to any business process issues.
Cons
Right now, the SAP Purchasing module and Hamilton are separate. It would be much better if they were fully integrated.

Since MFRS 16 - Leases is a new standard that requires some fine-tuning, there were a few areas that needed improvement. The team listened to our requests and made timely updates, showing a deep understanding of our needs. As a result, the system was improved to handle transactions within our company more efficiently.
Cons
When generating reports, the data dump sometimes includes too many lease contracts, which can be overwhelming. That said, the team was very accommodating and helped us find workarounds to still achieve our project goals.

Hamilton can handle complex cases without disrupting current business processes. By the end of implementation, users can still run their classic reports as usual while also generating new IFRS 16 reports through Hamilton software.
Cons
There aren't many human resources who fully understand the Hamilton software, which can make things a bit challenging.
