Salesforce can be tough to implement, but the Corrao Group made it much easier

Pros

They really took the time to understand our business needs and made sure everything in SFDC was implemented to fit perfectly.

Cons

It's a little costly but totally worth the investment.

Highly skilled and experienced team

Pros

Corrao Consulting really knows their stuff when it comes to Salesforce. They've been particularly great at customizing for businesses like ours especially in the nonprofit sector. They're all about focusing on what we truly need.

Cons

Perfect partner for Salesforce implementation

It really provides in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its products

Pros

They have an in-depth understanding of the entire Salesforce ecosystem and know exactly how to leverage its products to their fullest potential. What stands out the most is that they don't need to be told to follow best practices, they simply do it. Unlike many consultants who might overcomplicate things with too much custom code, especially when you don't have internal resources to manage it, they avoid going down that route unless absolutely necessary. Instead, they take a more thoughtful, strategic approach to build solutions that are sustainable and scalable, making them a true strategic partner rather than just someone executing tasks.

Cons

Their pricing is a bit much but you get what you pay for. It's worth it because they consistently deliver high-quality work and I've never had issues with their solutions. I once tried a cheaper alternative and it wasn't a great experience.

Top-tier Salesforce consultants, we had an amazing experience

Pros

This is a highly flexible tool, and with our deep understanding and experience with it, plus a creative team, we were able to come up with a unique and clever solution for our company. Corrao Group has a lot of experience using different products, which helps them improve them quickly and effectively. The service quality and work they provide go beyond what's expected. Overall, they're a great team to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to start with Salesforce or make the most of it.

Cons

Corrao offers great project management skills and a detailed invoicing system that tracks everything, even overdue payments. The only downside is they aren't as large as Accenture but the upside is the personalized, one-on-one service you get, just like at those big firms. However, you will be reminded about overdue invoices regularly, which can be uncomfortable especially with our A/P employees 2-4 week payment periods.

Couldn't imagine working without Corrao Group! Its the best!

Pros

Corrao Group was our first partner when we started using Salesforce in 2018 and we still rely on them today. Since then, they've helped us with upgrades and introduced us to additional features. We now have a service contract that provides user training, which has been crucial in boosting adoption among our team. Outsourcing the training also lets our admins concentrate on other important tasks.

Cons

They have been a fantastic team, with each member bringing unique strengths. They are thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly, responsive!
