Very responsive and reliable team

Pros

Organized, very detailed and thorough, friendly and responsive. I really appreciate the guidance and insight Couch has provided during the handoff process. All documents and training materials are detailed and easily accessible for our team to reference after the contract ends. My favorite document they created is the naming convention calculator.

Cons

Ideally, I would have preferred to begin working on projects earlier in the process. Getting the chance to dive into the work and having a point of contact for questions or QA sooner would have been beneficial while getting up to speed with a new program.

Fantastic experience overall

Pros

Their rep and the whole team are excellent. They provide Salesforce best practices, detailed UAT to ensure everything was implemented correctly and always provide prompt feedback and delivery.

Cons

There's nothing I disliked because they did a great job with everything we asked.

Super diligent consultants with a fun touch!

Pros

Entire team was open and eager to share their expertise. We had very specific requirements and tight deadlines, which the team met without any issues.

Cons

Along the way, there were a few "learning" moments that led to issues in our systems. However the team was able to resolve them and provided guidance to help our team prevent similar issues moving forward.

Amazing partner to work with

Pros

Couch & Associates (C&A) was a true partner to our business throughout our collaboration. Rather than just providing admin support, they offered guidance on best practices to improve our marketing and sales automation ensuring we were set up for future projects and improvements.

Cons

The cost unfortunately became too high to justify during the COVID restrictions, so we couldn't continue our relationship long-term.

Pros

Thier team surely goes the extra mile to integrate themselves into your team. They're knowledgeable about industry best practices but also prioritize understanding your business and its needs. Their solutions are tailored specifically to your business and they provide the training and documentation necessary for successful scaling.

Cons

Working with everyone at C&A has been a pleasure. Since I'm on the West Coast, I just wish the team was nearby so I could express my thanks in person!

Pros

They really helped our Marketing & CX strategy, focusing on areas such as member journey mapping and optimizing customer experience based on data driven insights. They have helped us set goals, report on initiative results and identify what's working in real time to ensure the highest ROI for our nonprofit. They also helped automate the customer journey to enhance personalization and operational efficiency, as well as address GDPR compliance, opt-in strategy and email deliverability. They've assisted with acquisition and retention programs and have driven greater customer engagement. They also manage our Preference Center strategy.

Cons

There's not much I disliked about Couch & Associates.

The Couch & Associates team are seasoned Salesforce experts. Their consultation process was flexible and efficient, adapting to our business needs, processes and timelines. They offered great advice and successfully updated a dated and basic Salesforce implementation.
