What I love most is how natural it feels. The human touch makes it seem less like just another software. Plus, it is very easy to use, nothing too complicated, just how good software should be.

Honestly, nothing feels lacking or incomplete to me. It is always up to date, with plenty of helpful resources. That's something I really like. So yeah, everything is great from my side.

It does a great job of automating tasks by turning manual, repetitive work into smooth, efficient processes and that too all in a short time for us.

Cons

With such a large organization, getting access to SMEs can be a bit of a challenge. Also, some customizations, especially those outside the standard options, took longer than we expected.
