“A unique approach to consulting from Delegate”
Pros
The one thing I wish Delegate worked on more is their resource allocation. They assign you one admin and you mainly work through them. It would be great if they brought in different subject matter experts based on the topic at hand more often (like bringing in a Salesloft expert if I'm talking about Salesloft).
Cons
Their availability is very low, and there is a lack of best practices and guidance. It felt like a "churn and burn" or "check the box" approach, with tasks done quickly just to meet deadlines, not built for scalability.

“Access advanced Salesforce support with ease”
Pros
They are flexible with tasks and they only have a single monthly payment. We even got extra help when things got more complicated, like reimplementing Marketo.
Cons
As a consultant, they will do whatever you ask, but they rarely go beyond that unless you have an in-house SFDC developer. With that, you might get more of the �doing extra� stuff, which is definitely a plus.

“Outsourcing can be problematic, but Delegate offers something else”
Pros
In a time when remote work and long-distance relationships are so common, flexibility is hard to find. It's really helpful to have Delegate's team when we need them. I love the idea of fractional shares, it's way better than traditional outsourcing and the two team members I worked with were even better than the in-house talent we have had before.
Cons
No real cons for me. My only advice for those looking to work with them is to set the right expectations and be ready to actively partner with them. Their competency is top-notch and I enjoy working with someone who's used to working remotely.
