A highly skilled and versatile technology consultancy

Pros

Dunn Solutions is an outstanding partner, capable of handling any eCommerce implementation and professionally supporting the operations of a TVPage influencer marketing program. We work with them on multiple client implementations and absolutely love the team. They have a group of professional engineers with strong full-stack capabilities, along with talented project managers who can handle intricate client needs and complex technical challenges.

Cons

It would be awesome if Dunn had a presence in Europe too, so they could also serve our clients outside the US.

Smart, responsive, and goal-oriented approach

Pros

They have been very responsive, providing a variety of resources to meet my needs. When planning technology upgrades or re platforming, they understand that technology implementation is the easy part. Their real focus is on ensuring full adoption and smooth integration of the technology.

Cons

Sometimes it's tough to get the specific resource (person) I want since they're always in high demand. That said, I have been happy with the other team members they've provided.

Strong expertise in data warehousing and best practices

Pros

We really appreciate that Dunn is a "one-stop shop" for everything related to our data warehousing initiatives. They have helped us build and troubleshoot servers, guided us on data design, performed upgrades and patches, improved end-user reports and even worked with upper administration to help them understand the importance of data warehousing in an educational institution. Our relationship with Dunn started when we were trying to clean up a complicated mess left by a previous consultant. Most of what our team knows about solid data warehousing principles, we have learned from them. Their team's breadth of knowledge continues to impress us.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind here. We've been sad to see some Dunn team members move on to other opportunities but that's just part of business. Even with personnel changes, we've never felt like we were left hanging.
