They are incredibly knowledgeable about the HubSpot platform. Like any technology, it's really only as good as the people using it and this team will make the platform work incredibly well for your sales and marketing teams. Whenever I ask, "Can we do X?" the answer is almost always yes.

The only downside to working with Flawless Inbound is that they have other clients too. Lol!

They really took the time to understand the business and the value we expected from the project. The regular cadence of meetings, their agile approach and how clearly they defined the requirements made everything much smoother.

Cons

The name "Flawless Inbound" should be a tagline! I would have liked a work breakdown structure and a high-level Gantt chart with milestones to track project progress.
