Pros
GBM has provided strong support for both hardware and software. They have assisted me with SAP related hardware and software support as an outsourcing company. They are reliable, responsible and always solve problems on time.
Cons
At times, there seems to be a lack of oversight with employees. I'm aware of a case where someone was supposed to be visiting clients but was actually engaged in other activities.
