Pros
What really stands out is their deep expertise and how personal their support is. The team takes the time to really understand what we need and the challenges we're facing, offering solutions that are customized not just one-size-fits-all. They're super responsive and proactive, which makes everything go smoothly. Whenever there's an issue, they're on it right away sometimes even before we notice anything!
Cons
One thing I'd say I don't love about GSI, Inc. is that sometimes their solutions take longer to implement than expected. The quality of their work is always top-notch but there are times when timelines get stretched, which can be frustrating when we're working on tight deadlines. It would be great if they could improve communication around delays and manage expectations a little more proactively.
