Huble's best asset is their people. They approach projects with a warm and friendly nature but also quickly showcase their skills. Sometimes their skills complement our internal teams, acting as an extended workforce, while other times, they bring fresh skills and perspectives. I truly appreciate their dedication to success, from both the agency and client sides.
Cons
There isn't much to dislike about Huble. They are always seeking feedback throughout and after projects to improve the customer experience and our agency/client partnership.

A very friendly and helpful team. Our project manager, is always available to help. I'm particularly impressed with their technical expertise around CRM optimization. Their one rep leads this for us and she's a pleasure to work with incredible knowledge.

Their worker has taken the time to understand our strategic direction and tone of voice. Work that used to require many revisions is now completed with just a few reviews. I really appreciate this applied learning and collaborative partnership.
Cons
Quality can vary depending on the consultant. In the past, I have received work with spelling and grammar errors and some misalignment of thought.

They're able to adapt quickly and accommodate our needs, or we can help them prioritize work properly. Our representative has been an incredible partner in getting our SEA strategy to the best it's been in years.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like Global holds the budgets, so their work gets prioritized over other teams'. In the case of EU, it took quite an aggressive push to secure a lead like Andreea for the Special Accounts project, which was a top priority for the Head of Marketing for EMEA but not so much for Global. In these situations, it feels like a power play and unfortunately, it can make other projects seem less important. This makes us hesitant to work with Huble again especially when we could find another agency. Another concern is their rates are pretty high, so for shorter-term projects, it might make more sense to consider contractors.
