“Great for OTM Implementations

The OTM consultants really knew their stuff. I found their project implementation process to be well-documented and they had a solid team with years of experience.

Cons

I honestly don't have any dislikes so far, they've been great in all areas.

Even though the project had its challenges, the consultants assigned to it were a lot of fun to work with.

There was a lack of project management that caused some issues. It started with a big delay in getting an integration consultant assigned to the project, which slowed things down and made the project take much longer than it should have. They didn't take the lead in scheduling design sessions and these sessions ended up never happening. Then, just two weeks before go-live, they came back asking for more hours to finish the work. This was a fixed-fee project and at no point in the previous months did they mention any risk of going over budget even though there were changes in scope that could have explained it. It felt like we were a bit held hostage by this especially since the final task was the last load to production.
