Pros

They are great at identifying specific requirements, staying efficient when targeting the right audience and they handle lead generation and back-end support very well.

Cons

Customer relationship is great but sometimes it leads to communication errors and differences in understanding the requirements.

Pros

From the start, they focus on professionalism, building relationships, and clear communication. Their account management approach is excellent, with a dedicated expert team led by a team lead who coordinates the different skill sets to meet our goals.

Cons

It's important to remember that inbound marketing is a partnership, and the effort needs to be mutual for it to succeed.

Pros

They were extremely attentive, offered great suggestions, and worked through any issues, getting us fully up and running in no time.

A strong, collaborative cross-functional team

Pros

Our project manager was super knowledgeable and always available to help, offering a very consultative approach.

Cons

Turnaround times for new webpages could be lengthy. While QA is understandable, we sometimes noticed inconsistencies, typos or formatting issues that took extra time to fix.

Great agency backed by outstanding support

Pros

Revenue River has been our marketing agency for over five years. Although I've only worked with them for just under a year, they have exceeded my expectations compared to any other agency I've worked with. Special thanks to our representatives for helping us navigate many transitions this year. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, they spent hours on video calls and emails, making sure our messaging remained on track and we continued to generate positive leads. They feel like an internal team, even though they're an external agency. I highly recommend them.

Cons

I just wish I had a bigger budget to make use of more of their services.

Highly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!

Pros

Everyone we worked with was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. They're all experts in their areas, making our work with Revenue River feel seamless and like they were actual members of our team.

Cons

The only downside is that our contract expired, but we hope to renew and continue working together. It was a little tricky managing all the different people involved but Katie, our main point of contact, did an excellent job of keeping everything organized and on track.

Capable, intelligent and very organized

Pros

They helped us create a modern sales system that significantly improved the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team, from qualification and targeting strategies to sales system design, training, website performance evaluation, data cleanup, automation engineering and ad management.

Cons

I felt like I had to keep referring to the original contract to ensure we were hitting all deliverables. I had to be proactive in following up on some of the items several times.
