Pros

I really appreciate that they're an IT company with their own dedicated team that handles all the solutions for their clients. It's such a relief not having to worry about managing that ourselves. They take full ownership of the entire process and they're always super cooperative and helpful every step of the way.

Cons

It's not something I dislike but I do wish it wasn't like this, you know? I understand that their goal is to make things simple and easy but there are times when I wish it was just a bit smoother. I get that Oracle can be pretty limited at times, which can be frustrating but I know it's just something we have to deal with. It is what it is.
