Pros
Melonleaf really nails communication, staying proactive and using professional project management tools to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Cons
Overall it's been a great experience. They are quick with turnaround times, communicate well, and are always available for meetings. Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say.

Pros
We just message them with our requests and they handle everything. They are super organized and always set up discovery meetings when necessary, delivering projects on time and often a few days ahead of schedule.
Cons
Our industry can be a bit complex but if I had to point out one thing, it's that some products could have a bit more oversight from upper management before they ask us to review them internally. It is a small thing and not really a big deal but it might make things even smoother.

“I cannot think of someone better than them
Pros
Their approach to solving our needs was unique. Instead of just selling a service, they partnered with us to really enhance our experience with the platform. They helped us create custom KPI reports and dashboards that fit perfectly with how we work, all while being mindful of our budget. They laid out all the options, the pros and cons and the costs making us feel like they were a true extension of our team, not just a consultant.
Cons
I really can't think of anything I have disliked. They have done everything I could ask for and more. The team is always there when I need them, super supportive and if something needs to be done quickly, they get it done right away.

They have great communication, quick turnaround and always deliver on time. We were so impressed, we hired them again for the second phase of our platform. Their prices are really reasonable considering the quality of work.
