Average tool!

Pros

They're super responsive! Most of the time, my requests are handled within a few hours and definitely no longer than 24 hours.

Cons

The web interface could definitely be more interactive and informative when I'm managing my account. It'd be nice if I could easily see what domains I have hosted. They do provide this info when I ask, though.

Satisfied with the experience

Pros

I love that they're using the latest smart tech to automate things and create a more predictable, reliable service that meets customer needs. Plus, they've got awesome consultants who really know how to manage it all.

Cons

It's tough to find any major issues with Navisite. Overall, my experience has been good but they could definitely be more proactive and better at handling changing situations.

Great team and services

Pros

The uptime and smooth maintenance are on point and I've never had an issue with customer support response times.

Cons

Honestly, with all the updates and changes they've made to their services over the last few years, there's really not much I dislike anymore.

Excellent support

Pros

The help I got before and during the transition made a huge difference. Honestly, it really eased my nerves about making such a big change in the company.

Cons

To be completely honest, there's nothing I can really complain about. Navisite met or even exceeded, everything they promised during the sales pitch and everything I expected.

Operations and DBA team

Pros

The DBA and Operations teams are great at understanding the urgency of things and always have our back when we need them.

Cons

There's nothing I would change at Navisite. I just hope they keep up the good work!

Customer-oriented & committed

Pros

I feel really supported by their dedicated team. They have a clear escalation path and my account manager is always available to help out whenever needed.

Cons

The global coverage is a big plus , they've got data centers all over the world and having one in the US is definitely an advantage.

Simple to operate

Pros

It's really easy for me to use and the infrastructure feels solid and secure.

Cons

The facility definitely needed a management change and a solid plan for the future, which they've now gotten.

Smooth and effective service

Pros

Their portal is super user-friendly and the customer service is top-notch. I've had nothing but great experiences with them.

Cons

Well-rounded service provider

Pros

The staff really knows their stuff and are available 24/7/365 to help with any issues, whether it's with cloud services or on-premises database servers. Their cloud hosting is a great deal too. Being hosted on VMware means it's really useful and they've got this custom interface that lets you manage the VMs and network environment yourself. They're always happy to help out with more complex VM imports and stuff like that.

Cons

Sometimes, their sense of urgency doesn't match mine when it comes to support tickets. There are moments when I feel a ticket should be higher priority but usually, a quick call to my account manager sorts it out when things get urgent.

Solid, helpful team

Pros

I've always had a fast response from the staff and it's super easy to access the support when needed.

Cons
