Pros
What I really liked was how easy it was to work with their reps. They were always there to support us, no matter how big or small our questions were.
Cons
Honestly, the only downside is that the project ended. I am already looking forward to working with them again!

Pros
Wayne took the task of moving all of our sales and customer support pipelines into our new CRM. It was a huge job that could've overwhelmed our team, but he told us exactly what he needed and then took care of everything.
Cons
No migration is ever perfect but New Breed worked through any challenges that came up with us and we made it work.

“Migrating from Salesforce to HubSpot in under 90 days with great results
Pros
1. We had a tight timeline and while some companies might try to take advantage of that, I felt New Breed's pricing was fair and reasonable. 2) I've worked with other firms and New Breed feels like they're the right size, not so big that we get lost but big enough to have multiple roles assigned to our project. 3) Their project management tools are excellent and really kept us on track. 4) They're just genuinely good people and my team enjoyed every interaction with them.
Cons
The only thing I can mention and it's really a small thing, is that we started out at a steady pace and then, toward the end, we had to speed things up to hit the deadline. It didn't disrupt our business but it did get a little nerve-wracking toward the end. We had raised concerns early on that certain tasks might be rushed and they ended up being crammed into the final stretch. It felt a little like cramming for a test but honestly, not by much. In the end, we are happy with the result!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is well-organized, and the workflows are clean.
Cons
It did take some time and attention to fill out the configuration documents. It would be great to be more hands-off in the future, though.

We had a tight deadline to switch to HubSpot and New Breed really kept everyone on track. They put in the hours, always found solutions to any problems and have continued to be a great partner to work with. After going through three CRM transitions, this has been by far the best partnership.
Cons
I really can't think of anything negative. Any issues that popped up even if they didn't have an immediate solution, they took the time to find one.

I seriously can't think of anything I dislike about New Breed. They've consistently exceeded our expectations with their expertise, responsiveness and dedication to our success. It's tough to pinpoint anything that could be improved because their approach always feels so tailored to what we need.

New Breed takes the time to understand what content will connect best with our target audience. They deliver each piece of content quickly and in an organized way, making it easy for our team to upload to the website. Every member of the team is full of energy and easy to talk to.
Cons
With larger projects, we did have some that went unfinished or lost momentum. Aside from consistent blog creation, we sometimes went long periods without starting projects that could really move the needle. We would get bogged down in details, which felt like we weren't making progress. Communication outside of meetings wasn't always great and promised deliverables didn't always hit their deadlines.
