Pros
Their communication was crucial for me, but what stood out even more was that they delivered exactly what they promised, on time. They knew their stuff and kept us informed throughout the project, ensuring we were well-prepared and trained to handle things ourselves by the end. Thier representative were great to work with.
Cons
I have worked with many vendors but I have no complaints about Offprem. They were wonderful to work with.

Having a document with all the details of what we reviewed was incredibly helpful.
Cons
At one point, we were instructed to turn a date field into a text field for importing into Pardot but it ended up limiting our ability to use it in segmentation lists. I simply changed it back to a date field and the issue was resolved.

Along with patiently walking us through each step, we were really impressed by the team's excellent organization and readiness. They responded to every question quickly and made themselves available whenever we needed assistance throughout the process, which was incredibly helpful.
Cons
It would have been ideal if the remaining hours after the project's completion didn't expire so quickly.

“They were the right fit for us

They consistently either already know the solution to any issue we encounter or they are willing to go above and beyond to find a workaround or a solution that will meet our needs. A great example of this is how they built a custom solution for us to manage our expiring URLs. Additionally, I always look forward to our calls with our assigned project manager and engineer. Both of them are exceptionally professional but they also maintain a friendly and open atmosphere, often sharing a few running jokes with us, which has made our relationship over the past 3-4 years even more enjoyable.
Cons
This is likely because we're not on a traditional plan with them, and we're still in startup mode. But there are times when things aren't delivered exactly when we need them. We sometimes ask for things urgently and while they occasionally can't meet the exact timing, it's typically just a couple of days later. But overall there's not much to complain about and honestly, if we were their only client, I might not be writing such a positive review!

They balanced configuration, setup and training very well. We always knew our responsibilities while feeling supported by the team. The pacing of the meetings was perfect and we never felt rushed during implementation. It was an incredibly smooth process.

They're efficient with budgets and have a solid understanding of our industry. They offer plenty of best practice guidance but also listen and adapt to our specific needs. I appreciate their thorough documentation and training on the solutions they build, ensuring we don't have to rely solely on them for knowledge.
Cons
There are few things I would point out. They sometimes get too deep into the technical details, which is valuable for efficiency and timelines. But when our non-technical staff or leadership interact with Offprem, they can struggle to bring the discussion to a higher, more strategic level.

Offprem was an excellent partner throughout the project. The team was extremely informative and while there were concerns about the complexity of the process, they made the implementation easy. They also provided various training options that helped us feel confident using the platform.

“A great choice for Marketing Cloud onboarding and very helpful
Pros
They are experts in SFMC and always available when we run into problems. Their support with our complicated Sales Cloud integration was outstanding and they make sure to record every session so we can revisit what we've learned.
Cons
They use a waterfall workflow so there's a lot of upfront work before diving into email creation and other tasks. Also, the recorded sessions could be improved, they're a bit tedious to go through. Adding timestamps and transcripts would make the sessions much easier to navigate and utilize.

The post-project support was a bit lacking. I didn't have direct contact for follow-up questions or issues. I tried emailing the former PM but I didn't receive a response. It would be helpful to have a designated contact for post-project support.
