“effective lead scoring and integrations”
Pros
Being able to set up custom lead scoring criteria has been really valuable. Filtering records and exporting data is very easy and the Zapier integration makes it simple to pass information between tools. The Salesforce integration is also a big plus!
Cons
I haven't run into any notable downsides so far.
